By 2018, IMKAT Homes committed entirely to building Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), recognizing the growing demand for versatile housing solutions. From navigating permits and zoning regulations to delivering custom-designed, energy-efficient units, IMKAT Homes proudly positioned itself as a leader in the Bay Area ADU market, creating additional income streams and housing opportunities for families across the region.
