$5,000 Off ADU Promotion – Terms & Conditions

This promotional offer (“Offer”) is valid for $5,000 off the total cost of a new Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) project. By participating in this Offer, clients agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• This Offer is valid for new ADU contracts only.
• Both new clients and existing clients are eligible, as long as the contract is for a new ADU project that has not been previously contracted.

2. Contract Signing Deadline

• To qualify, clients must sign a formal construction agreement no later than May 31st! 
• Verbal commitments or intent to sign do not qualify. The agreement must be fully executed (signed by both parties).

3. Non-Transferable

• The Offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or incentives.

4. Limited Availability

• The Offer is subject to availability and may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of promotional offers awarded based on project capacity and schedule availability.

5. Written Confirmation

• Clients must receive a written confirmation of their eligibility for this Offer in their contract. If the Offer is not explicitly stated in the contract, it is not considered valid.
